Our Five Step Process

• Our Carpet Cleaning team will do a thorough walk through of areas to be cleaned, and assess any problem areas that need to be specially treated. This step is crucial and no detail is over looked!
• We thoroughly vacuum all rooms before being cleaned. It’s a simple but necessary step to ensure all dirt, debris, and particles are removed from your carpet before we start our cleaning process.
• Using our special heated carpet cleaning solution, we pre-treat your carpet deep into the carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt. During this step, we look at all stains individually to assess the proper treatment for each one.
• With the power of our Truck Mounted Hot Water Extraction machine, we thoroughly clean and rinse every inch of your carpet to ensure all dirt, residue, and soap is lifted out of the carpet.
• After your carpet is cleaned, we walk every area to ensure a Quality job. Carpet is then fluffed back to its natural state, we put back any furniture (if necessary), and most importantly certify that the customer is satisfied.
